Free Military Child Tutoring is
pleased to offer you a tutoring
program to help your child
increase their academic skills.
Volunteers will provide weekly,
one-hour small group tutoring
sessions. Tutoring will take
place at:
Richard Stockton College of NJ,
101 Vera King Farris Drive,
Galloway, NJ 08205.
Our tutoring is absolutely FREE!
There’s no cost to you at all!

Eligibility and Requirements
To be eligible, your child must meet the following criteria
and a parent or guardian must sign and return this completed form.
1. Students must be dependents of active duty personnel or deployed or Part-time National Guard or
Reserve personnel or children of Gold or Blue Star Families.
2. Student must live in the Southern New Jersey area and must currently be in Grades 1 through 8.
3. Please return your application form (Section A & B) by Wednesday, May 15th, 2013
Tutoring slots will be filled on a first come first served basis.

Please complete and print the application form following the instructions
provided with it.
All Tutoring Application Forms must be
completely filled in by:
Section A parents/guardians /
Section B student’s teacher.
As a condition for your child to receive tutoring
services, all parents/guardians
for 1st through 8th grade students must remain in
the building during the Tutoring Session.
